But if the money is in naira, it wouldn’t have been able to buy same thing. So mostly it like having peace of mind. Using your money for business still supersede keeping them needlessly.

Of course, only an idiot will keep money in the bank in today's Nigeria. I hardly have any serious money in cash just lying around in the bank.

Once you make money, tie it down with something that can either keep up with inflation or beat it.

I'm just letting him realise he's not actually making as much money as he thinks he is.

From N740 to N830 as at today at black market. It will soon climb to N900. Demand is very high at the moment.

Bro you are a seller not a buyer....you can only sell to aboki and they won't buy from you at prevailing market rate....I didn't say it won't surge, it will and we in the surge period ...very soon those high demand caused by student who needs it for one payment or other will subdue by end of August and mid September....let's talk about the rate again ....your bought at 750...as at today you can only sell at 800, or 790...aboki will want to make profit and will only buy less than the BM rate.....your investment make sense and will make more sense when you sell during the peak surge period.....just don't sleep on it....ensure you sell when it will give you great return.

😂 Guilty conscience that you are living with your mom in her 80s in one room. Guy advice yourself before you try to advice people that you can’t tie their shoe lace. You come online to build castles and got bursted. Men it should have been your mother coming to the house you paid for if need be. You are a very wicked forsaken son, no mother should take pride in. How will you allow 80 years old woman to still be paying for house rent and feed you and your wife. Will she ever get to enjoy the fruit of her labour? Guy you no get conscience nd with the way you are going, your mental reasoning and careless attitude, I don’t see that woman benefiting anything from you. See elufufu... Watin u know about street?

Watin u don c for life?

With all your plenty talk and English mention just one thing you have achieved in your entire 45 yrs on this earth? Just one pls mention.

Ordinary to get a girl pregnant... This is one of the most simple thing for a real man yet you haven't been able to.

You discussed my matter with blackbishop for bear parlor say I dey live with my mama and my wife and kids... I agree...

You go and try it, try it for just 1 week...

Get a girl pregnant
Bring her to stay with your illegitimate child under one roof with your mother for just one week... Try it let's see whether you no go run mad.

You said I'm not a real man abo??

You think it's easy to live peacefully with a mother and a wife under the same roof without neighbors haven to hear your voice for, how.longndid you mentioned again? That I've been living with my mum?? Real men do this not men like you without balls btw their legs that can't even impregnate a woman let alone have a wife or children.

Men dey talk you too carry chair you won sitdon... Aye-lala Kee I dia!

Nonse.nse

One problem I have with you is trying to throw words around. Stick to facts and stop saying things that are untrue.

Such a shame. Make una see who deh advice una to stop driving. He can go a month without kobo. Em mama deh house to spoon feed em. I still have enough rubbish about you. Continue

This only makes sense if you'll eventually spend the foreign currency you're keeping.

Make the mistake of converting it to naira to spend and inflation has eaten up all your "gains".

E.g, If you had converted 1.9m to dollar and kept in a domiciliary account in 2018 when it was 360 naira to a dollar, you convert it at 800 today and make 4.2m naira, the only thing it will buy is the same 2005 foreign used corolla it would have bought in 2018.

The best you'll do is keep up with inflation. You're not making any money in actual terms.

You are very wrong on this one. Your analysis is false. Using a car as yardstick and parameters to measure inflation in Dollar in correlation with Naira is a very big mistake. Everybody knows that auto trade is heavily depended on foreign exchange, but that's not where i will channel my money to when I eventually sell off. I dey go to put my money into real estate. That's another sure banker any investor can rely on.

Money saved in Dollar and Naira can never be the same interms of inflation. Lai Lai !!! The difference is clear. Person put #4.2 million naira for bank come get #500k in less than 2 months is better than some one who put such amount in Naira account. I am 500k richer now.

Mind you if I decide to convert the money into naira now now. I can buy what 4.2 million couldn't buy before because I have extra 500k on it. The ripple effect of inflation take time to affect all sector of economy

Hahaha

See mumu... Abeg tell me how is it your problem... Oh I get it... You mother who was friend to my mum complained to you right? Oh I c!!!

Proof to this house you're a man first pope... Don't disappoint your father give him a son to keep his name alive, all his other children are female you're the only man c'mon bro prove me wrong give the old man a male child so he too can die with a smile in his face.

Your dad must be so disappointed I'm you where ever he is now knowing that his only graduate son is shuttling olosho and drunk men around Lagos... He probably wasted his youthful strength to send you to school only to end up with a Uber driving job. Poor thing

How would you have cried after your mother passed on? When you're not human. No sympathy for the old woman, you couldn't even visit her despite all her call to you... Wicked soul!

The Yahoo boys who have used your glory through the island olosho girls your take home every night made you believed the old woman was the witch to your destiny reason you couldn't pay her a simple visit. Wicked son of a bast.ered

Invitation!!!

My mum just asked me to invite you over for dinner. She will be preparing Banga soup and starch with fresh fish.

Even at her age she still cooks more than Eder Bassy I'm sure you'll enjoy her meal.

Please let me.kmow when you're coming so i can also get you your favorite big cola to digest you meal very well.

My beloved mum trained me so well to be kind to orphans like you who are same time senior bachelor grin

Keep me posted l, I'll be waiting

Wrong.

Keeping money in naira denominated assets is not the same as keeping naira in the bank. A share of Zenith bank was less than 15 naira in 2020. Last I checked, it was 34 naira. Not to mention the dividends that would have accrued.

If e too pain you say I dey live with my mum and my family at my age pls go beg your dead god aye-lala to bring your dead mum back to live so you too can enjoy a day with her.

For your information, yes I live with my mum and we are enjoying life together with my wife and kids. And you know what my mum is responsible for our feeding, clothing and every other thing reason I don't have to drive like you moving all the oloshoes and drunk men around the entire Lagos.

And you know what? My mum is enjoying it reason she's healthy and currently chasing her 80 years of age, unlike you who left your mum to die of hunger in the village, you hustle in the city only to end up spending all your daily in come on olosho and drugs that you even forget to send her money to buy ordinary drugs. Even to eat quality food you won't instead you buy gala and biggy.

Had you followed my foot step and taken good care of her she would have still be alive by now. Even when she was calling you to visit her before she oast on you didn't respond to her calls. Why would you by the way when your candida infected tongue has been buried deeply into oloshos pussycat.

Take a look at the mirror and see and you've turned to a waking shadow. You'd better retraced your life before you join your accestors ooh.

I dropped a challenge to you the other day, I'm still waiting for you to accept it.

Tick-tock...the clock is ticking

@blackbishop sorry i don't have the time luxury to use the dico nor edit my posts because I barely have time these days and like you know na atakara (ewuruntun) and larinde pri and sec school I attend so pardon my typos okay...lol
So, since you are a rich kid that couldn't pass ordinary UTME exams so your parents enrolled you in baccock pls I'm employing you as my editor... Kindly do your job.

Aside from driving Uber. I have been a serial entrepreneur. I have delved into so many businesses, some of the business I embarked on succeeded and some failed. A staunch risk taker when it comes to getting what I want. The worst business advice one can take is from someone who is not a business man.

I'm not wrong. Someone who bought a land for 1.9m in 2018 if in a strategic location can sell it much higher than 4.2m today.

However you look at it, whatever product you decide to use as an example, you arrive at the same result.

How much was a plot of land selling in your area in 2018? How much is it now?

Again, only idiots put money in bank accounts. I don't know why you guys keep bringing that up as if its evidence of anything.

I'm not asking you not to buy dollar and keep, I'm just letting you know you're not actually making money if you have to convert it to naira to spend. The money you think you have made is just paper money. All you did is keep up with inflation

Emphasis on passive income. It was a good choice.

Although actions like this is the reason the dollar keeps going up. Imagine 1,000 other people buying dollars, just to keep. demand will keep increasing and naira will keep crashing against the dollar and our economy continues to get hurt.
