I am a liberal at heart, I believe in a world of tolerance for all that different from me. I want progressive change in the society and dread the effects of the hard right however on this issue of transgenderism, I am really torn on this issue.

What causes transgenderism, are you guys in support of them? What about children who claim or "feel" that they are trans. Should teenage puberty blockers be allowed? Should their natural growth be distorted based on how they feel?

I saw this thread I'm posting below and I felt a lot of dread. Should anyone really pass through this? Should transgenders really truly have a highlighted role in the society worthy of emulation?? Guys help me out here.

I don't want to sound like a hateful conservative who doesn't care about the comfort and role of others in society but I need to know how liberals truly feel about this issue of transgenderism.

This is propaganda. It was sourced and created by people affiliated with Giuliani and Trump so it can be used for propaganda purposes like it is now. This was the point of the "whistleblowers". To get documents that Congress otherwise wouldn't be able to obtain out in the open.
It's a very clever scheme. Giuliani generates a fake source who gives an interview to the FBI. The FBI now has on record a "source" who said something. And Republicans can then subpoena the FBI or "get" a whistleblower to reveal these confidential docs, private citizen (Hunter Biden) tax details, grand jury info or unverified allegations that they wouldn't normally have access to without a lengthy process. And they can now say, look we have an FBI source who said "____". The avg. American will know no better. And because Grassley did it in Congress he has absolute immunity. Republicans are good at weaponizing government for these purposes. I give them credit for this.

Here is a tweet from Lev Parnas, who was helping Giuliani with this stuff. And these allegations came about during Bill Barr's tenure (no fan of Biden). He did nothing with them.
