ibadan has some few beautiful places while the vast majority of the place is full of brown roofs and yoruba - type of houses. Ibadan is more of a slum.

SE is around same size as Oyo state or the state of Israel but has like over two times the population of Oyo state, therefore the only thing lacking is big, planned and organized cities, not that there are no buildings or settlement there. It is actually the most densely populated zone in Nigeria but lacking big cities. In the past before colonisation, it had no city at all except the capital of the Arochukwu in Abia state. Things are now better but there is need for speedy improvements

Every part of the world has it's own slum.
Even America has some few places that are ghetto and poor people are everywhere in the world.
But the goal is to ensure it is so limited and few.
Even compare the ones u posted against ibadan to southeast.
Southeast slums is littered everywhere, 80% of southeast is extreme disgust and eye sore.

How do you cope with this all over southeast, and that's the capital reason you guys cant stay in your land

Abia and Anambra, Lagos were even ranked as the dirtiest state in Nigeria.

For Lagos, it is quite understandable as it is most densely populated state in Nigeria with people from all over Nigeria and most especially southeast bringing their dirtiness from to mount pressure on our infrastructure.

But how do you explain Abia and Anambra, a small state that the two combined not even up to half of oyo state.
