When checking lists of the dirtiest states in Nigeria, why is Abia and Anambra always making the list despite not being over populated.

You can’t compare to Lagos that is densely populated th people from all over the country and even other western African countries mounting pressure on the infrastructure.

But for small states like Abia and Anambra, this is unacceptable

Lagos is densely populated and some places are simply over populated. There is heavy pressure on Lagos infrastructure.

They come from all over Nigeria and Lagos is still the best in waste management.

But Abia and Anambra is home to southeasterners.
