Perhaps in retaliation for the fuel subsidy removal in Nigeria. Hardly you will see a standard fuel filling station in Benin Republic, they are mostly side road station cos most of the fuels are smuggled |

Free for all. Aka, grab if you can successfully. The security agents, especially the police have moved the extended their extortion to the next level. In some places, you see multiple checkpoints whose only duty is to collect money from the motorists and cyclists. They are suffocating the road users. The prices of goods, services and transportation have to be forcefully increased as it is the masses on transit that will ultimately bear the burden. |

Trade through land borders are most prone to corruption. Importers should use the seaports while govt improves on efficiency. Government gets big revenue through seaports trade compared to peanuts gotten from land border trade. |

Lobatan!!! This is a confirmation that every country has its own benefit, and that no country can exist on its own. It should be a case of rub my back, while I rub your back. The absence of this would lead to diplomatic and economic retaliation. |
