Most time when I lay on bed to sleep, I'll prefer to put the pillow on my head instead of the laying head on the pillow. Na pillow go dey on top my head instead of my head to be on top pillow

My own na to ignore pillow oo i no really like to lay my head untop pillow anytime i wan sleep cheesy

I don't use pillow, if I use it my neck go hear am the next day.

But op, I have a friend like you, my best friend. If u see him laying his head on pillow then he hasn't slept, even if he's snoring so far he's putting his head on pillow den he hasn't slept. But the moment he put the pillow on his head, den he's long asleep, even if u see his eyes opened he's long asleep. grin

normally he no be normal human being

Fear not for You are not alone on this. Personally i can't sleep without putting pillow on my head. There's this kind of warm i feel and reduction of noise making sleep so enjoyable.

It's normal... Don't stress yourself... I sleep like that too... The pillow covers my ears which gives me a peaceful sleep..
