I don't use pillow, if I use it my neck go hear am the next day.

But op, I have a friend like you, my best friend. If u see him laying his head on pillow then he hasn't slept, even if he's snoring so far he's putting his head on pillow den he hasn't slept. But the moment he put the pillow on his head, den he's long asleep, even if u see his eyes opened he's long asleep. normally he no be normal human being

Fear not for You are not alone on this. Personally i can't sleep without putting pillow on my head. There's this kind of warm i feel and reduction of noise making sleep so enjoyable.

It's normal... Don't stress yourself... I sleep like that too... The pillow covers my ears which gives me a peaceful sleep..
