Same here. After sending the additional documents am still yet to receive any invite. The rejection was based on resume.

I mean, they should send a mail stating whether a person will be progressing to the next stage or not. That way sb will know where he or she stands

Nope!!! Love letter is in batches just pray u don't get one and mind you Shell takes a lot of time during recruitment so kindly go find something to do with Yr life first

Who knows anyone that got the graduate trainee position in the last recruitment?. I actually followed the thread to the end and I didn't see anyone that got in. I'm asking because we can use the experience from last recruitment to make head way.

People that get it don't come back to say it. They ghost completely and some even deactivate. So just follow the process and watch as everything play out

I generally don't rate coys that do assessment the way Shell did. Always a case of you don't know how successful candidates got pass certain stage.

I have seen it happen with Inbev, PG, and Shell now.
