Viking07: For people with 5-10 years visa, if you visit and spend 1 month before returning home to Naija, can you still use the same visa some other time ? If yes, would you need to re-apply or tender any document for re-application or itâs just like the American type where you can go and come in anytime? |

Nbv1: Very tough take but itâs the most sincere and straight forward advise. To get the LMIA are there jobs that can be a pathway, If yes, what jobs are they and their requirements so people can learn those jobs and get certified in them. Also, I heard there is a closed work permit but they say itâs not ideal to have a closed work permit as youâre restricted to one field and one employer only. |

kdfemi: Dispatched from Canada Visa office to Canada Visa Application Centre means your passport has left IRCC office for VAC office. But it wasn't stated whether Abuja or Lagos. May be you should check Lagos office to confirm especially if you are in Lagos. |

megastu:This link you posted will even encourage more persons to seek asylum đ Multiple options for appeals, diplomatic difficulties and changing global conditions mean only a small fraction of the people who've crossed into Canada from the U.S. between border points to seek asylum here are being deported if they fail to get refugee status. Since 2017 only 843 persons have been deported out of over 45,000 asylum seekers as at September 27th, 2020. This is due to multiple options of appeals. |

Hi, please I need advice on what to do. I have submitted passport and other documents to the VAC in Lekki Lagos via DHL and DHL confirmed that it has been delivered since July 13, 2023 but I have not received any confirmation email or tracking number on the status of my passport submission since July 13, 2023. I have sent email to the vfs helpline with no response. I also tried using the tracking number on the bill metrics EICR receipt sent to my email after biometrics but no record found. I sent email to Nairobi immigrations, Nairobi document email and no response too. I paid for the return courier as instructed on the vfs page and put the evidence of payment with the return address in the envelop sent, no delivery or email yet since July 13, 2023 that DHL confirmed that it was delivered. Please, what can I do! |
