I no like this NLC guy 😏

He's a Biafran, Kanu fan and Obi sympathiser. No genuine Nigerian should like an embittered loser who's planning to derail a 58-day old Administration, and one that's yet to appoint the full complement of its personnel. Ajaero's eagerness to disrupt Nigeria because of Obi's loss is obvious in this NLC strike call out. But they'll all fail. Das sertin.

the anesthesia the government proposed was the 8K...am i wrong?

Read my question again, 8k issue came after the suffering started, goverment should have planned for palliatives before embarking on subsidy removal, for example by going after the subsidy crooks and recovering billions they stole, ofcourse there are traces to follow to get them , reduce the cost of governance, rather they arbitrary remove the thing in one swoop with any prior arrangements for the side effects.

While the people suffer, they approved 70 billion for themselves and told the masses to manage 8k for 12 million families.

FG promise immediately salary review, NLC enter negotiation with FG.

Negotiation and review of salary not concluded till January 2026.

January 1, 2025, hike in fuel price N825

Enough of Tinubu and his foolish policies

So that Nigeria will pafuka? Not on your Nelly! Tinubu has come to stay; better learn to get used to him. Ajaero is a Biafran, an Obi sympathiser, hiding behind false patriotism.

Well, I support this. Government should do something....massive investment in Agric, incentive system in agric, land acquisition and seed capital of at least 1million with mechanisation support for anyone willing to go through agric training and go to farm...government have to ensure the security of same. This will decongest the cities, increase productivity, food prices crashing, infact, fuel price will crash....sometimes, I wonder if our leaders even have brain at all.

Have always maintained that the way out of this shit is massive real sector development without which the citizens will live in poverty for eternity.

This is a simple solution. You won't know how this thing bites if you are not the one paying for everything:fuel, food, Tfare, the number of beggars at every corner have increased....

It amazes me that the federal government has done nothing even till now about alleviating the impact of these 'hard' policies on the common man. Equally, the list of cabinet members has not been unveiled. You don't do that except you want to kill your citizens.

Time for politicking is over, they should get the fucking tools and start working.
so u didn’t know he wanted to kill the citizens when u supported him abi

I dont know what the strike aims to achieve......coz the government cannot keep on subsidizing fuel. Their strike is technically to increase minimum wage which will only apply to the government workers and corporate workers with the vast population still the same...

this thing is simple....the government needs money to keep running which at the moment the government don't have, cos over 90% of their earnings is spent on debt servicing....... therefore, subsidy must go!

im also a citizen feeling the pain oooo......but the truth nothing any body can do at the moment....the country has been terribly ran by successive administrations and we are now feeling the results of poor management....

In fact, i believe the worst is yet to come...talking from economic facts and figures without emotions......
who tell u say government no get money… have they cut down their own of governance? They can borrow to share palliatives amongst themselves and u say they don’t have money

Then you belong in the class of bastards who show the way to their father's house using the index finger of their left hand. You're not unlike the unfortunate sword that tears its scabbard into shreds, forgetting that it's rendering itself homeless. But you're Biafran. No Yoruba man would speak as you wrote. NLC or whatever you called yourselves you know why I will not take you serious? The very moment your leadership failed to be neutral in 2023 election and they chose to support that liar called obi against other 13 aspirants I lost total interest in any f u c king NLC.

NLC hit the street if you like na your headache but mind you if you hit the street and obi slaves and Zombies hijack your protest then be ready for another Toll gate misery and nothing will anyone do about it.

We all supported the removal of subsidy, but without salary increment the people working will be miserable. Food, transport, electric bills have gone up, and salary is the only stagnant factor.

This is not the way to remove subsidy bros. There are strategies to everything even if we all agree it should be removed . This shows you the difference between a competent and an incompetent government
