Don’t be in a haste to say that. There’s more after tribunal. Most cases of there’s no fear of God the supreme can overturn the judgement using substantive and factual considerations. But we hope it favors the right and legitimate winner

Tinubu's jujuman must have a doctorate degree.

Atiku had ALL the advantages but he put EVERY single possible step wrong before the elections, during the elections (by supporting currency change) and after elections (at tribunal). How could he possibly lose? He's a Northerner, had the balanced ticket-religion wise, Buhari performed woefully and he practically had SS/SE already in the bag. Yet he managed to fail.

Peter Obi and his supporters refused to listen to the voice of reason and quickly align with Atiku/PDP.

BAT's opponents just paved the way with their foolishness.

And as your excellent comment pointed out, the moment INEC was joined in the case, it was GAME OVER. Because INEC will fight tooth and nail to defend themselves hence aligning with Tinubu.
am telling you PDP/Atiku really miss this opportunity Buhari failure give them. I wonder how they plan to take over now when the new government will try all their possible best to win people hearts and to make Nigerian forget Buhari failures.
This is the first government in Nigeria history to give opposition appointment , to give all state to nominate someone for government board position
