Does this pathway of procuring CNG buses perhaps using local contents such as Innoson Vehicle Manufacturer not make sense? Yes / No?! Except some Nigerians that have disconnected their sense of reasoning for selfish interest of tribe and religion, Turn by Turn Nigeria Limited mentality.
As per the operability of the buses, there can be MOU's between the Federal government and state governments as regards the disbursement of these buses especially with key issues of blocking several loopholes of wastages such that it could even become self sustaining.
Alas! the disbursement of the paltry NGN8K which had been largely dismissed by Nigerians, will never get to the so called vulnerable people but skewed for political interest, tribe, religion, fake register and regional interest.
Tinubu is operating the same discredited template of Buhari. Anyway, Tinubu chance of being a legitimate president is still 50 /50; so we can't rule out recoup of expenditure...by nature of our value system.
