He's not lying. There was someone I did validation for last month who just told me this morning that he got alert around 2am this morning

P.s apart from the validation using the link we didn't do any thumbprint or anything else, this morning his dashboard changed to beneficiary

Ok bro congratulations to him... But what you mean is that his dashboard was showing "Applicants" before but after getting his stipend his dashboard turned to beneficiary?

Then I tried changing my password using the email I used when registering for the scheme, and it was showing no records found!

What could be the problem?

check the email very we, the mistake should be from you. You can try logging in through your npower ID

Just clear your browser cache, that was what worked for me. No need to change password, I think it was as a result of the changes made to the portal.

It's the update made on their site. Keep trying and like someone adviced clear your cache. I guess they are still updating it.

I don't even understand them. When I logged in, most of my informations were missing. My profile changed from shortlisted to applicant.

Since I was able to confirm that my verification was successful, I will just wait and see.

P.s I have not received any salary from them

There is no mistake in the email, in fact I tried changing my password and it was showing me no records found.

Note: I didn't do the validation because I've not had any issues with payment before, but I'm surprise I can't access my dashboard anymore!
