You can add it up if you have but the major thing to proof the ownership of the land is the deed of assignments giving to you when you bought the land, land receipt, survey plan, CofO if you available e.t.c

I need advice to give an older friend of mine who wants to go to Canada but his circumstances is quite different.

He is in his late 40s and a successful, wealthy businessman in Nigeria. He wants to relocate to Canada with his family of two daughters and wife. Both him and his wife have SSCE qualifications as their only education.

Please I’m worried and concerned. When I registered, I just registered on the new portal , I didn’t go through getting invitation code first, I hope this won’t be an issue because I’m about to start uploading and then pay for the fee. Will there be an issue if I didn’t go through the invitation code or it’s not necessary ?

Under Family : upload marriage certificate, child birth cert.

Apart from your passport data page which your tracking ID would be written on it..
What else do you need to go with for picking up your passport from VFS Lagos office.

I am a first time applicant. I did my biometrics on the 17th of this month and got a BVL and PPR today.

Can I walk in to Vfs Lekki to submit my passport or I need to book an appointment? I don't want to use the courier option because of the stories of delays I have been reading here...

You have to book appointment, if you are not in a rush you can book appointment, you might be able to get an early date, if you are rushing you can use courier service. From my experience it took them one week before they acknowledged my passport, it took a total of 3 weeks to collect my Passport counting from the day i dispatched my passport

Quite fast. Did you submit in person by appointment or through courier??

Thank you. The earliest date is 3 weeks away though, so it is practically the same timeline. Did you use DHL or Ups? Was it a two way or one way?

Reach out to vfs or ircc, u can claim u couldn’t access the mail for a long time. Don’t mention agent unless he’s a licensed one. It’s ntn serious, people still submit after 30days deadline.

First send a webform to IRCC explain why you can't meet up the deadline for PPR, but I doubt the reconsideration because since May till now.

It’s not because of the portal you used. Send them emotionally mail explaining why you need the decision asap.

It won’t affect, just apply. They’ll see ur previous application even if you don’t mention it.

No, the passport is still in Abuja. You’ll get another mail once it’s ready for pickup in Lagos.
