Niger will also be suspended from all financial assistance and transactions with financial institutions within ECOWAS.

We no longer live in a unipolar world. BRIC will not only rush in to fill the void that these sanctions will leave but might even see Niger fare better. The "15 day deadline" will come to pass, those soldiers will go nowhere and nothing will happen. Wanna know why?
