I didn’t read your post finish, before clicking on reply. The first line was what I read. I’ll buy fuel finish at Bovas and it will be like film tricks. Are these guys cheating me? Nope! They are all my padi’s, accept for that dark girl that use to act like wit*h, everytime she will bone face. These guys we are so close to the point of them telling me when they will have fuel and when not to bother to drive down. So I was fighting it, until I noticed their meter is so fast lately.

If 12k will give me half tank before the recent increment, add 1500 and that should settles that. For where? I barely see what I bought, but their fuel don’t burn easily. Switch to old oando on Sunday and gbam, 8k fuel from a bit past half is getting close to full tank. Yesterday, I bought 14k, I got tired of standing, practically begging for the meter to complete on time. I gently such from my favorite. The only problem is that traffic atimes. I still don’t want to believe Bovas tampered with their meter. The woman kept her standard this far.

But if you noticed before the recent increment, they weren’t selling at same price with the 2 NNPC’s, which tells market force and location is really dealing with them. Ask the the old NNPC? Awon clown, no difference between them and ANL.

NB : becareful of those adult babies at NNPC, their eyes is steady on red. If you loose guard! Sorry!!

Guy, trust no dey my dictionary o. I don't even trust myself.
Bovas is good no doubt, compared to other stations, they have a pedigree. But u never can tell. Whether it's price or pump, I really can't tell honestly. Yes their meter is fast lately.
Nnpc no open, so I just bought from Bovas now now and I am not impressed at all. Maybe it's d price, can't believe I didn't border to ask or check. Will confirm tomorrow.

If your so call good government had invested in our tertiary education would there had been any need for brain drain? Unqualified graduates or high unemployment rate which has lead to all the current problems and security crisis currently bedeviling us as a country?
Kidnapping everywhere, oloshoes everywhere on the streets, even police officers are into prostitution because no pay, youths are into drugs, rape, cultism, all kinds of vices now abide in our society across the borders of our dear nation and you dare open your stinking mouth to say it's not about bad government. I pity you!

Our parents who had ordinary Primary 6 Certificate are far better than our current graduates from the best federal universities in Nigeria, Why? Colonial education and vocational training.

How many of our doctors, engineers or scientists are employable?

How much was budgeted to education in the last 8yrs since GEJ left office?

Why has ASUU strike become a part of our curriculum?
See person wey spend 9 whole years studying ordinary computer science that would take an Illori student 3yrs is talking. I have 2 jobs, I earn 6 figures... What are you doing with 2 jobs? With other sides hustles? Guy! Just 1 good job is more than enough, you're here making a fool of yourself with your 50k minimum wage job.

Guy, the government have the largest blame here to take because they neglected education since after independent chasing after their greed. Simple!

Why are they sending their children abroad to study and bring them back home to occupy the best positions in top companies? Even your Uncle MC. Oluomo that was snatching ballot boxe and shouting at his PU in the last election, did you not see his kids graduating from one of the best universities in the world? Ur papa get money to even do passport for you to visit ordinary America embassy let alone send you to study abroad?

Ordinary fuel #568 wey ur old man dey sell now no be him you dey shout so?.when last you in your generator for house when light no dey? Dey here dey shout emilokan! Rubbish!!

Don't worry wait to see their names in DPR, NNPC, EXMobil, SHELL, ZENITH BANK only to mention a few soon, na that time your eyes go clear say you don't need skills and 2 jobs with some side hustles like Uber.

Watin concern DPR staff with Uber driving as side hustle?

Mteeech!
The reason you can even type this nonsense is because of the Education the government gave you.... Without it now limca car you go dey sell up and down....

Na today we don dey see fat earning post? Show us your banking app balance let's know how much you have as a Uber driver not carrying my matter for head like a vulture carrying a pot of sacrifice on his small Obinnoral head to a 3 cardinal junctions as the Yahoo boy that you're.

I trained you and thought you how to save money to buy a car instead of pick up a rental/HP then... It took me 6 months plus on a weekly and sometimes daily couching. Can you swear with your Registered Honda Civic Bonet (god if Iron) that my intellectual sweet is not in your success today?? Obinnoral can you?? Even Pearl knows this... Swear today let's see how far you go b4 this year runs out.

Even after you bought your first car in your life, did I help you buy it? No!
You promised to show some appreciation, did you? No!
Dis I disturb or bug you? No!
I still congratulated you and even still assisted you remotely on your first week of learning how to drive and get acquainted to a (the) car. I still have you my mechanic contact and even that ido.tia blackbishop who don't have balls to mention my name I asked you to also visit him at some point... Vultures... Bounces of ingrate

Ordinary car battery you didn't even know how to go about it!

If you or anybody think you can come here to spoil my brand/name after you've secretly benefitted from me may the earth you're walking in react against you in Jesus name!
Amen!!!

Enough is a enough!

first of all your Education is waste because you couldn't tag me properly and I'm going to address all issues here....you wan hear word and you go hear ma today.......

Chronicle of how I got my first car....

Before I venture into this line of business I'm into importing basically from China and I'm into exchange of yuan to Naira since 2017 but I'm the kind of person that I don't love sitting down for long because I have a sales girl that does all the shipping of my imported products.

I came across this group even though I have been a long time member of NL, I followed judiciously took my time, study and I decide to get a car and join the hustle to have multiple source of income. The car omopena is driving today I approach the owner then thinking it will be a good deal but my pastor and wife talked me out of it. I got my fund and I decide to get my own car.. I reached out to the people we look up to in this group for guidance and help and they decide to help but None of them told me they are going to collect any fee for their Service and the service includes getting a car for you and help you check the car but you still needs to pay a mechanic for final approval.

I reached out to Felicity and peal for a car and none told me that I will pay for the sourcing of the car even the day me and pearl got the car and he told me the sourcing fee I wan faint I sha talk to him and he gave me grace and I paid him is money.... Felicity send numbers of cars to me which was more than my budget or the car was sold, we didn't check any cars together except when he met me and pearl at abule egba and we move away.... So you bragging of helping me to get a car or helping me to start a business is trash..... When we have issues we come here to seek help and I know how many people I have contacted for advise and how many people I have rendered help to..... Thank God For Pearl, pope and cheerful especially peal because he was the one encouraging me when I was about to give up but I pulled through, then pope will encourage me and give me tips to work from mainland to island....

Felicity you have the guts to call my Precious Honda civic dead... How can a dead car travel Lagos to Oshogbo countless times or how can I managed to have fulfilled over more than 1000 trips if it's dead car... yesterday I still use my car to work today I'm resting at home ,tomorrow I will work just as my wife thinks I'm an EXECUTIVE UBer because of the way i work..... Lastly I know you are frustrated with the MB you got but I want to thank you for advising me not go for the MB but I will want you to take my own advise, sell the MB and get Honda civic or Kia get back on the road humble yourself and add it to your car outsourcing business and make money so that you can start paying rent and allow MAMA BREATH because I really wish the best for you and your family also the dead car will still get junior brother and I still have your wife account you sent to me I will forward the amount I wish to give you then but I'm not doing it to spite you but to clear my conscience....one love hoodlum driver felicity.

This is the main reason people fall to scammers

You'll never get any honest answer but will want you to perform magic.

Imagine a client calling me since last week to help her get a Toyota spider foreign used with a total budget of 6m max. And this same lady wants a car with a clean title records.
This is a car currently sold for 7m+...

There's a reason why experienced and seasoned car dealers stay away from Nigerian used cars. The ones that manage to sell for friend will not use their receipt for the transaction. E get why!

An average Nigerian lack maintenance culture and is already looking for the next victim to pass the car onto, the second the car starts misbehaving or they're done with the abusive relationship they have with the car.

You have a point
Irrespective we still have good registered car far better of than foreign vehicles.

Purchasing a new vehicle all boils down to your budget.

You get what you budgeted or have money to purchase.

Some car problems are hidden and unique for a particular "omo-ese" to fix whereas his oga can't or hasn't been able to fix in several triers.
If the owner doesn't meet that divine technician he will continue to suffer while the car frustrates the living hell out of him that outsiders will start wondering he doesn't maintain his car, not so true... He's tired and frustrated so any slight opportunity he has to pay it off he won't think twice and then starts a new life with a new car, either bigger or smaller. So he cares less what the new owner faces, his concern is let me just free myself from this trouble.

This is why some people or most don't sell their cars to anyone close to them unless the car is in a perfect working condition best known to them.

Another thing is, how many people can afford a brand new car Let a line a foreign used... The economy is also a factor to why people opt for a used vehicle.

How many foreign used vehicles are trouble free? Most come with salvaged history, mechanical issues, flood and electrical issues and so many others issues.
I've sold a registered Toyota Corolla 2006 model for 3.5m, registered oh not tokunbo. I know what I saw b4 advising the customer to go ahead with payment.
It's been 8 months and still counting this customer has not called to make a single complain other than "ah! Bros thank you ooh, thank you". This was a client that wanted to buy a tokunbo for 3.4m, an accidentally packaged vehicle which he will still have some repairs to do, buy foot mart, fire extinguisher, c-caution, jack and wheel spinner and tires. All of these would have costed him additional 200-300k. And even do plate No. But the registered car he bought, owner was relocating so he doesn't need his plate number (75k saved), money for foot mart (25k), jack and others, servicing all these saved.
The guy still dashed me extra 20k for job well done.

So my brother dint have that notion that foreign used vehicles are the best.

Currently on a deal for an LX570 2018 registered, do you know the actual mileage of the car? 2780km, car was bought brand new.

In march this year I sold the Canadian Ambassador's 2020 Toyota Camry with just 2300km on its ODO... Which foreign car can compete with all these vehicles? Non!
The only issue is finding one

Thank you my brother, buying Naija used cars na wahala.
Most times when u don reach house u go come begin dey see why the owner sell am, and we don't have records like some foreign used cars that the history is there.
The owner won't dare mention any of the faults to you and if u notice any by yourself they will lie that it just started, wasn't like that before.
To worsen the whole thing, agents don't care about making proper inspection, they are only interested in getting buyer and get their cut even if the car no reach house dat wan na ur business.
They will sweet tongue you into paying once you pay OYO now ur name, even if you go with mechanics there are some errors you won't still notice until you start using the car.

Bro non is better either ways. They're both used cars, simple!

I have also sold a 2007 Corolla sport to a client who came from the norther part to Lagos, these Hausa guys sabi car na we dey think say them be mumu Hausa sabi pass we southerners.

They bought 2 units, on their way back to the north the sport 07 knock engine for sagamu. The dealer had to replaced the engine with a tokunbo one the next day.

Even brand new vehicles are not left out.

A car was bought from a well reputable company here in Lagos, 10 units... On their way to PH to deliver the vehicle on among them knock engine after a flash of the oil sensor light... They had to replace the car with apology and other expenses.

We have to understand these things are machines and chances of failure are factored in during manufacturing.

The main thing is your budget.
You wey buy a 2006 Corolla registered for 3m now can never be the same with one that bought for 1.4m, never!!

The truth is most car dealers or agents are only interested in making sells and profits, and in most cases those cars with low prices moves fast.
And they won't have time to explain to the buyer or educate him, I once told someone to be eating and enjoying his money than be saying he's looking for Corolla at 1.5.
I can count a number of times people come to me and say they need so so car and I ask how much is your budget?
And I will bluntly tell the person he will get ooo but it will be laced with wahala, even if you proffer something else within their budget they say no until they fall into that ditch.
I posted one Camry and people were asking how much because it was very clean but once you tell them price they run or price it nonsense.
Some will see someone bought a car next thing they ask him how much he bought it and will start telling the person it's high bla bla.
Like my Boss will always say cheap things are not good and good things are not cheap!
At the end of the day you will still spend that same amount that would have gotten you a sound one if not more, plus the stress of going to mechanics.

You said it all.
