Most pastors frowns when members went outside to date or marry from another church.

I have seen where pastors staged single members and try to make them pick one another. I want to know if this date really work out?

Especially those big churches were many girls are there for attention and to find husband while the pastors keep praying for singles to get married but he sometimes charge the single men to look within and verbal attacks them. Its just as if they are not seeing the the ladies that full everywhere there.

That is African madness for you. It does not happen outside Africa.

Maybe to avoid a clash of doctrines which could make the marriage less harmonious and also could result to them losing one of their members to the other side

If both partner worship in his church, it means both are under his firm control and would be so easy to manipulate them. He tells both partners that God told him that "this is ur husband", and "this is ur wife" , but may not likely happen if one of the partners worships elsewhere. If one partner worships elsewhere, he or she would most likely be under his own pastor's control , which in most cases gives him entirely different prophecies about marriage...even though all of them (pastors) claim to hear from one God... I wonder why God will tell different prophets different things on same matter, is our God now a God of confusion? Never! Our God says a thing and that thing manifests.

Their is this believe that if an outsider marry a female from that particular church' there are chances he may convince her to go to his own church or he may convince her not to go to that church again.
They don't want to loose their members that is the sole reason.
