The watched the video in the link. I am not convinced it's an alien craft from another star. To me it could be anything, that's why it is referred to as "Unidentified Flying Object" Even the report said many people tried to hypothesise different explanations.
You know people like me don't subscribe to the God of the Gaps" as explanation for unknown phenomenon. Aliens has become the "God of the Gaps" for Unknown or unidentified flying objects.

If aliens could actually break the light barrier and have the capacity to travel the great distances between stars, then their physics and technology would be way beyond ours. That means the have a huge source of energy we are yet to discover.

All the so called eye witness accounts, photos, videos are never concrete or convincing proof but grainy and unclear objects or lights. Even yours truly have seen what you will consider unidentified flying objects twice in my lifetime, but I leave it as unknown or unidentified instead of making a conjecture of what they were.
In this modern age where everyone carries a camera and audio recorder always, if alien craft comes anywhere near where people are, they would have been recorded. Also in this age of satellites that can give clear pictures of cars on the road, I am sure they would have captured at least one clear picture of an alien craft.

Now, if these unidentified flying objects are actually non human crafts or abnormal weather phenomenon, then I believe they would be of terrestrial origin and not from another star system, because as I said, the physics, technology and energy to bridge the huge distance barrier is impossible according to our own science. But it would make more sense if it was an ancient advanced terrestrial civilization that is hiding some where inside the earth, maybe somewhere on the south Pole, inside the furthest depth of the ocean or in some underground space inside the earth. Then they come out to the surface occasionally to check us out in a non intrusive way.

No sir. God didn't create life only on earth. What do you think spirits are? Move your hand in the air; congratulations you just moved your hands in the spirit realm. Jesus spoke of unclean spirits and this category falls all kinds of spirits either different shapes and sizes. These being have a certain kind of life. They are not in some other world. They are in this world in a different dimension. Heaven is not far as in distance but in dimension. The heaven of God is a dimension far removed from our present reality and vibrates at a frequency of light man cannot perceive.

Read the words of the Hymn "Imortal, Invible, God Only Wise".

Read the verse 1 of that hymn it says, immortal, invisible God only wise. In light inaccessible hid from our eyes".

Another verse says, "thine angels adore the all veiling their sight"

Yet another verse says, "it's only the splendor of light hideth thee".

Sir, there are countless spirits out there. These are what people call Aliens to make it sound scientific. Of God were to open your eyes you'd see that there are uncountable trillions and gazillions of creatures out there made by the Lord Jesus Christ. In the fullness of time, Paul the Apostle said, "know ye not that ye shall judge angels?" I Cor 6:2-6. Judgement here refers to man judging these beings in all the planets whom we don't see with our eyes now. These are generally termed angels.

There are literally millions of pictures and videos every where. Yes, many are explainable but even the Departments of Defense and NASA acknowledge that about five per cent have no explanation. Also in many, the sort of movements observed cannot be explained outside of an intelligent guidance. They are also movements thus far impossible with known technology.

Personally, i strongly believe that the powers that be are very much aware of an alien existence but for the interest of world peace decided to keep this to themselves whilst profiting maximally from it.

But then again, i have no proof so there's that. Only time will tell and hopefully in my life time.
