that's not how jury system even works. They should have brought in the least 3 before them and they argue why they should be saved, with a judge presiding(ebuka can be the judge). And after that, they deliberate, based on the evidence before them).
By the way, they are supposed to be sequestered, but Dorathy is already on twitter arguing.
