Use ChatGPT. And I strongly suggest you get someone to edit/proofread for you before submitting.
My fear is I heard there are softwares that detects anything written with chatGPT.

I need insight on writing PS of this kind

Copy your cv and paste in ai,
E.g
Prompt 1: This is my cv (paste cv) and I want you to keep it in mind as I will be referencing it.

Optional prompt 2
Prompt 2: this is the job description of a job I want I apply to (copy all the job description including company name, roles and responsibilities) have it in mind also.

Prompt 3: Using my cv I shared to you above, write me a personal statement to align with the job advert above to align with this infomation (copy and paste in the information from the your screenshot).

Waiting for it to write you the personal statement.

Make sure you edit, because sometimes it write about thing you aren’t capable of, try to remove those.

I will highly recommend paying for the chatgpt plus (just 20$ monthly ).

But you can use other free ones like
Claude Ai
Google bard
Microsoft Bing chat (also has the same capability of chatgpt plus(both were build using the same engine, so they reason the same way), but I don’t like it in performing such task as it’s specifically used for checking for information)

Yes, that’s true.

Not all does that.

Try google ways to detect Ai written articles or statement by then you should be able to edit Ot to your own way of writing.

There are some ways and structure Ai write that even me my self can detect an Ai written statement if not edited appropriately.

So, you can do it this way also, write a personal statement your self, then ask AI to write to using the cv and job roles, you will still need to edit it.

But, from my little research, those AI detections tools are not that perfect as they also detect a non Ai written statements also.

Just have it in mind that, not all employer even knows about ai talk less of the ai detection tool.

Meanwhile try implement a little scenario case statement in your personal statement.

Everyone can claim to be a good communicator or work good in a team, you need to prove this, not expatiating too much on it shaa .

Octopus is the most transparent energy company I ever used in the uk as you will be seeing your daily consumption in real time from the app as long you are using smart meter. Some energy company are crook and will charge you high for no reason like sse

Only use it for first draft - to brainstorm and get an outline of the text. Then you can revise heavily to reflect your personal/professional experience and how they make you suitable for the role.

Baba Lexusgs430 you are also an experienced man in this UK. Please drop an input in this my request below

Please I need some guidance, advice and feedback...

I have two offers which I am divided on which to choose

I am through with my MSc in Data Science here and already on tier 2 courtesy of my wife who got a sponsored support work

The first offer is a prison officer with a starting salary of 28k.

The second offer is a Department of Education Financed training to be a physic teacher with a bursary of 28k for 10 month, I will be paid 19k while 9k will go to the Secondary school providing the training which is affiliated to a university. At the end I will be given QTS ( qualifications to teach) and a PGCE. Now at the end of the training, I am required to look for a teaching job.

Please I need a guidance on which to go, given the peculiarity of this country.

September is start date for both.

Do not mind any grammatical error.
Note I can't do both given the way the training is structured

There has been a history of "Real Estate companies" that do not have genuine documents. Some will collect money without allocating the lands.

First, check their history. You can google their names.

Before buying land, you also have to confirm that the estate has genuine document (Global C of O) for that land.

This you can do by going to Ministry of Lands.

Yes this is exactly why i'm doing my dd about this, though i have not committed any money yet

Hmmm Just wise

Be very careful is all I can say and try to employ the services of a 'street' land lawyer, not those ones with suit that sit all day in the office talking English

Quite a lot of land related scams these days from 'verified' companies

I have read far too many scaring stories on my Facebook page and most of them bought after doing verification as many suggested here

you might also want to post question about the particular agency. Some might even genuine sell land/houses but might have terrible customer experience with regards to the journey from payment to ownership (exchange of keys/Docs). One can draw from others experience. Been on both sides of the divide and dealing with a terrible agency would always leave a sour taste in the mouth.

They are called Next Gear Home Limited

Do you already have settled status in UK? I’m just thinking that there might be visa implications for accessing the DFE training in the future if you don’t already have ILR. I might be wrong so please double-check this.

You can bring the skill, but that your Nigerian truck driving skills (drop it at MMA) ....... You would still undergo UK HGV licence test (I think it would cost you about £5000..........
