Visiting is not relocation. Anyone with a visitors visa has no business talking about relocation.

A 45 year old home owner is probably in the middle class and doesn't need this kind of stress.

Lastly a visit visa holder who stays longer than 6 months in Canada will not be able to travel back home for anything as if they do they may not be permitted to return to Canada for overstaying. Family emergencies and many other reasons can necessitate travelling to nigeria
