what i dont understanded is why my mum doesnt consider that marriage is not an evidence of god


having had unspeakable ordeals ,she ma go religious too ,saying god will punish those that have made her suffer

however ,this aint aiming at making her look worthless, me only saying that her views about god cant change mine about marriage

the understander neva fakes tha understooding , neva overstatedness tha stating

I was surprised the first day I met a 72 years old Caucasian man who told me he has never been in a relationship, I saw him as some kind of loser but after spending more time in saner climes was when I know he was only doing what works best for him

I have so many oldies and friends now like that who have never been married and they are doing well for themselves even more responsible than the married folks

Marriage is just an institution and it shouldn’t be a must for everyone. Someone like me get irritated or tired of people around me for so long, I can’t even let a chick stay with me over the weekend I will eventually start feeling uncomfortable at some point, so how do you think I can cope with marrying someone and spend the rest of my life with them and please don’t talk to me about growing up or maturity lol

sadly IN NIGERIA, marriage is a do or die issue, marriage is synonymous with happiness (even if you are miserable in marriage).... thats why you can be the most successful Nigerian person out there, but if you aint married, people would look down on you and your achievement and would instead tell you to:"go and find husband/wife to marry" (ask don Jazzy, Genevieve or Linda)

Why don't you want to marry, I think marriage is beautiful, it might not be perfect but I can't live life alone, though I'd be worried about marriage in a gynocentric society.
