I just came across a credit card called Elfin market....... Peer 2 Peer lending, like zopa.....

It seems it's a prepaid card, with a credit limit and you can also withdraw cash, from the card...... I am a little confused....... Anyone got this card here ..........😜

APR is very competitive and they seem very generous with their credit limits........ 😁

NB : A hard search would be conducted....😉

Forget… Surveyor charted some bunch of plots I bought through my Dads friend (One Very Old Man) couple of years ago, received blue copy with genuine quote… It was after a year people from University college hospital started coming to the land saying it belongs to MDA kinda. Shown them all the proof of everything I’ve got, Omo the land later loo oooo…

The best way to know a genuine land is to directly go to the Ministry of Lands & Housing…
OfferAccepted:
You can also get a surveyor to chart the land.

Very annoying. We left UK to find the sun and it wasn't any better but we made the most of how we saw the weather.

Please, guys I have an urgent question

I went to UK last year on student visa. I’m almost done with my program. I don’t have any dependents, just me

But along the line here in the UK, I met this lady from Jamaica that we have entered a relationship now, . Her own visa class is about to expire and she would have no option but to return to Jamaica

Please can I add her as a dependent on my visa, so she can stay. She is basically my partner now, even though we are not officially married yet

😂😂it was funny though. Scotland had better weather while we were away and like you we tried to make the most of it but it was a bit disappointing to say the least.

The option you’ve got is to register as civil partnership, but think am very very well.( cos it’s legal)

Or you can use the unmarried option if you can proof that you’ve been in the relationship for the past two years.

They can’t use the unmarried route since the relationship is not up to two years.

Only options are to marry or enter civil partnership.

This is sad but totally wrong by the students IMHO. As a student you have mentioned to your school availability of funds to pay off your fees, got them to issue CAS and you also mentioned same to UKVI. You resumed, got the payment plan but yet failed to pay on time. I understand most times the issue is from Form A delays but at other times the students try to outsmart the school system by not paying on time from monies they make here in the youkay and also to get it cheap using Form A. Reporting the school would only make it tighter for other students coming after them.

They won't tell you they can give the option of doing a virtual interview unless you ask.

So request for it, it doesn't limit your chances of passing. Study the job description and the essential and desirable criteria in the job adverts and also the NHS trust values.

They were ill-advised, very wrong move and i hope it doesn't backfire on them. You don't blame the school for taking such action.

I am very much ready to die on the hill that social media is the fall of black man. Nigerians tend to the most stupid, poorest and ill-hearted of the black race. Just imagine what these guys doing now. Our selfishness is unmatched. So will the interview with ITV solve the problem at hand or what? This will make the UK further probe their pof and would warrant them to tighten up their immigration rules. Abi the one them do UK lock up via dependant never teach them anything. The first man who bred stupidity in the form of Nigeria is one I will forever curse.

Calm down about denigrating people from your country, they have stupid people, hill-hearted and poor people in UK as well.

You might as well be stupid too, who knows. Because they did something that doesn’t sit with your school of thought doesn’t make them I’ll-hearted or stupid…

Stop calling Nigerians stupid people, you are the stupid one… Slave mentality

Being a slave is worse than what Nigerians are now. I can not identify with that.

Stop calling Nigerians with stupid nomenclature, if you are not happy because they aired what happened to them. You might as well find them and pay their tuition fee…

Nigerians are not your problem.

Explain to me slowly how this is a stupid move. It’s not their fault that form A messed them up. One of students even mentioned that they paid within the deadline yet the school told them to go back to Nigeria. Their names splattered everywhere doesn’t affect them negatively, it’s an education related issue and it tells more on the school and their lack of empathy for international students than anything else. No university wants negative publicity and this was clearly their last resort. Although, I believe it won’t move the school to act on their case as that chapter is closed but it’ll have its own little impact of deterring people from applying to that University and also cause the university to be more flexible in their policies. Abeg make we try dey calm down, this can happen to anyone.

So what are you doing in Nairaland and on this thread?

Most Nigerians aren’t stupid. You being a stupid Nigerian doesn’t make most of us stupid.

You can just keep your stupidity and leave Nairaland and This thread, because at least, you would thread where your fellows thread

You're talking nonsense.

Nothing about what they did is stupid or selfish. The university had stopped engaging with them and this is the very last option they had. I believe strongly that it will work because the university was actually unreasonable in this case, and they won't want the bad press.

Even if it doesn't, that doesn't make them wrong. They are in a desperate situation and did the best they could before resorting to this. If it brings more scrutiny on anything else, that's unfortunate but not their fault. If you were in their shoes, are you saying you'd pack up and go home without trying all you can, even when you've paid?

Please, speak only for yourself in ascribing all those ill traits. Nothing in this situation justifies that and you just sound like you need to seek medical intervention to help you through whatever you're going through, with due respect.
