What could it be?

it seems that your daughter may have a cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leak from her neck. CSF is the fluid that surrounds and protects the brain and spinal cord. A CSF leak occurs when there is a hole or tear in the membrane that covers the brain and spinal cord, allowing some of the fluid to escape. A CSF leak can cause symptoms such as headache, neck pain, dizziness, nausea, ringing in the ears, changes in hearing and vision.

And yes it's an emergency and should be surgically repaired as quickly as possible because of its infected she risk having meningitis which Is when more worrisome ,

Note: I might be wrong with my diagnosis because I haven't seen the patient or physically inspect her all my diagnosis are based on what you've said. I may be wrong.

I just want to say thank you for your response to my issue sometime ago. this your words gave me a new insight and approach to my problems. As at the time I came here I was confused and exhausted because I had too many to take in. But with your suggestions I picked up again, went to different medical practitioners and at the end she underwent two operations successfully and that was where my peace laid. Ever since then my daughter has been very healthy, wake up healthy without dramas, don't miss school days anymore owing I'll health.

Am actually celebrating months of no hospital to the glory of God. She's a normal happy bright kid doing well at school too. Thank you very much and remain blessed
