Bro abeg, I received update on my application just now that application completed and outcome has been received, I logged on the portal to check, I see the status changed to completed and outcome received, but I can't see the outcome itself. No outcome button to click to check. What could be wrong?

How long does DHA take? Been a week since I applied, no update yet

No. There are exemptions for children below 12 years i think, but attach immunization for them. The one they took at birth
