Workch:We all have arguments for and against all the big 3. I have dossiers on all of them. Asides having shady credentials, Tinubu had proven to be a good administrator. His falling out with the APC top brass in the build up to the last election was more than enough reason to support him. It’s not over yet, I won’t rate the president until the court cases have been treated and he had been at the helm of affairs for at least 6months. Every new government faces STIFF challenges, the system always fights them till they maneuver, negotiate or overcome So far Tinubu has been maneuvering and negotiating, which isn’t enough |

Nairaland24:The fact remains that the decisions Tinubu have taken so far is the reason Naira is exchanging over N900 to a dollar from N460 Buhari left it. Tinubu is the reason why a liter of fuel goes for over N600 from N185 Buhari left it All these decisions were taken without a cabinet and it's having a negative impact on Nigerians because it has depleted the income of an average Nigerian worker by over 300% and also moved over 180 million Nigerians into multi dimensional poverty. Tinubu achieved all these and more within the first Two months in office. What an inglorious record Making excuses for this current calamitous Tinubu government by blaming Buhari makes you look stupid and foolish |

Nairaland24:I am not here to banter words with you but to let you know that making excuses for Tinubu's calamitous outings so far by blaming Buhari is most foolish and stupid task any one can undertake Peace |

Obi also said he will unify foreign exchange rate, he also said he will remove PMS subsidy, so what's the difference between what Obi said and what Tinubu is doing now? ![]() |

Kenneth4u205:You are mean and evil. Why would you wish him that? I didn’t support Tinubu but this man has the right to support whoever and also criticise Peter Obi. He needs help and he finds solution to his poultry business problems. |

iLoveYouToo:Irrespective of your argument, truth is always objective and it time, it will reveal itself. This is how we warned you about Buhari, with time you will see that of Tinubu. You people just like retrogression |

Workch:Buhari fooling us all is the reason I went for Tinubu (known evil genius), Obi appeared as saintly as Buhari. Maybe I should’ve supported Atiku 🤔 I’m still 100% counting on Tinubu to succeed Like you suggested, in the fullness of time we shall know |

Nairaland24: Nairaland24: Nairaland24:^^^ ![]() You make it sound as if not having a cabinet, budget or policy (nearly 3 months after being sworn in) isn't a big deal - whereas it is a sure route to failure. The effect of this ridiculously slow approach is already being felt with Abuja's poor response to the goings on in Niger Republic. We don't have a foreign minister at the moment. Who did the administration consult before issuing a statement in the early days after the putsch in Niger Republic? Did any of our senior foreign ministry officials and career diplomats have any input in our response? To what degree? This is not how to "hit the ground running"...and it shows. |

iLoveYouToo:^^^ ![]() There isn't really any proof of this. iLoveYouToo:^^^ ![]() This is strange to say the least. There was a dispute among the chieftains of an overhyped, underwhelming, underperforming political party and you chose to take sides...just because? You haven't given any reasons! |

Workch:Well, many would differ just like me. I’m not averse to admitting I was wrong , let time prove me wrong and I will surely eat an humble pie and admit my folly. Till then, I trust he will do great. |

Fujiyama:I’ve always supported the downtrodden, Tinubu was almost ‘homeless’ in the build up to the elections, his doggedness endeared him to me, although I’d admired him in the past. I love my country and want the best for us. If he fails (I hope not), then we have to look for an under 50 candidate to hit factory reset |

slam7000:^^^ Well...if someone doesn't extend a lifeline soon, those birds will die - whether or not there are 'mean and evil' wishes from certain quarters. In this charged climate, business people need to be careful. They simply cannot afford to be virulently, rabidly partisan - the way this poultry farmer was. It just alienates some existing (and potential) customers and it doesn't necessarily guarantee higher patronage from customers who do share the businessman's political views. So why take the risk? Business people should smile sweetly at their customers and talk about the weather, road traffic, their neighbours noisy sex sessions etc. but avoid partisan politics at all costs. If you're a business man and you really want to make a political statement then send a donation to the party of your choice and leave it at that. That's how smart businessmen do it. |

iLoveYouToo:^^^ He is dogged - I'll give him that, but he isn't the right man for the job he holds. There's no need for me to go into the details of why he is unsuitable - the threads are all over the place on this platform. 'Downtrodden'? ![]() The man isn't an underdog fighting on behalf of Nigeria's longsuffering masses. He is a member of Nigeria's political super elite - an elite that is ultra exclusive. He isn't known for social and economic programmes that benefit vulnerable and disadvantaged groups. He just isn't! State capture for private ends is his 'way' and that will be the undoing of his administration. |
