Imagine something like this happening in Lagos, that ATM would have become a crime scene due to the number of people that would have lost their lives there. People will kill themselves to withdraw, policemen too will kill people to collect their share of the loot.

There is nothing like free cash is this part of the world-Yes, something went wrong with the a particular bank (BOI) and customers who had no access to cash were allowed to withdraw a max of 500 euros , the cash will ultimately be deducted from their accounts. Only customers with valid BOI ATM card and with that kind of money in their accounts.
