LET BEGIN

So guys...
I just finished a 5 weeks no contact with an ex and I tell you guys. I feel great. The plan was to ghost her till she reaches out but the funny thing is after the third week I lost everything I felt for her and now I dont even want her back anymore.
I started the no contact challenge with some guys on YouTube and i tell you guys it's been a massive SUCCESS. And I decided to bring it here to see how we can help some brothers and sisters here.

So basically I went no contact cos she became a pain in an ass and I decided to let her be.
She reached out on Wednesday and she's been begging since but like I already said I don't even have any interest for her anymore.

Because of what happened I came to realize that they are so many people out here that may need this kind of mental strength but since they are alone it may be hard for them to let go. Their emotions will always have a hold of them and see them running back to someone who ain't worth their time, hence losing all their self worth and respect.

But when they realize they are not alone the case is always different. I'm using my own case as a point of reference. If I was alone I wouldn't have gone even two weeks without contacting her. Cos Mehn her pussy and head game was really good I can't lie. But now after a couple of weeks I realized with time you can heal from the greatest scars of life.
Enough of the long talks.


So guys you are all free to begin. I want you to understand that you don't go no contact if it was you that bleeped up.. That's stupid!

So I'll make you understand few things before kick off this journey.

1. The first day you start no contact is day 1. You start counting from there. Just leave a comment and let us know how long you will be willing to go on no contact.
For example "I am going no contact on my ex for soso weeks."
We will all help you achieve that. You are not alone.

2. Under no circumstances should you reach out to your ex first when you are in no contact. If they first reach out to you do not reply until they say something significant E.g They are sorry and want to see you bla bla something like that. Do not reply to hi, hello how are you doing. That's bullshit. That's just them trying to test waters if they can still having access to your life anytime they like. I don't think you wnat that.

3. We gonna need someone who isn't going through a break up. i.e someone who is in their logical state because y'all will be going through some hard time from the start and you will need someone that will smack you out of your emotional state. That is where I and some other people like me here will come in.

4. If any one is having the urge to contact their ex all you have to do is leave a message in the comment section and someone like me will reach out to you asap.

5. If you fbck it up by contacting your ex you start counting from day 1 again.

6. The least you can go for no contact is 6 weeks.

IF there is any more updates I will modify as time goes.
