No. Card creation is 4 dollar plus 1 dollar that Aliexpress will use to confirm. They did not refund that.apart from this, no other fee.

I have both wema and providus. When I paid ₦965 per dollar last month as trial on AliExpress to know rate and providus was at the rate of ₦836, so yeah it's cutthroat. Even now fintech and wema give around ₦950ish Providus is at ₦902. So yeah that difference is still there and worse when wema will refund me, they gave me at the rate of ₦770ish but providus gave at the rate of ₦850ish. Wema is cutthroat to me

1 their rate is one of the cheapest (they use Aboki rate)
2 reliability, they have been around for quiet a while.
3 their cc is top notch, they serve and respond to you as if their life depends on it.
4 the 4 usd is just once till the card expires (3 yrs validity), paying 4usd for a card u would use for 3 yrs is not bad.
5 I'm not their agent ooo

On the bold, that is of they don't terminate it within six months.

Raven and some other virtual platforms have terminated theirs without refunds of the card creation fee.
