It's a big mess..... This dollar ought to go into circulation based on the speculative forces that's driving it upward.... Desperate businesses or individuals in need of dollars for one or several transaction will unknowingly comes across such fake notes..... Damaging trust..... The same party won't allow domestic production, that will help in reducing our exposure to dollar..... They will manipulate the market with false scarcity in order to maintain monopoly on imports..... Vicious cycle
