DIFFERENT BETWEEN QUALITY
PAINT AND NON-QUALITY PAINT

Who knows where I can get a Tile removal machine in Ibadan. To rent actually.

Want to change the tiles in my living room.My tiler wants to do it manually which will take time and I have seen the machine online which works faster.

I don't have the luxury of time,I want it done within hours. Just the living room,dinning and one bathroom and one small outer space

It seems you are not aware that some clients even set specifications for how they want not just engineers but construction firms to follow when they build their structures for them.

If you want a house to last 100 years, there are certain practices that must be followed.

If you want a house and don't care how long it lasts, then no issues.

This YouTube channel @OdellCompleteConcrete which I watch religiously once warranted his work to last 60 years.

Please get your engineers to put it in writing how long their construction that does not follow best practices will last before needing maintenance.

Some of us prefer quality no matter how much it costs

You can still negotiate the price but it's okay if the fabricator is using "thick-imported" materials and exact 16mm. With this price, I'll advise you inspect the material quality that the fabricator will use all round.
