Haha look at how you conveniently ignored dem KDB, Aguero, Silva, Sterling, Navas and the likes. Those are top technical players that fit into whatever system Pep wanted.

And it's not even about the players sef, it's about the style and pattern of play. When you think of Juve, Inter, Napoli, Barca, Arsenal, City. e.t.c, there is a style of play that comes to mind.

You'd be shocked if you see Inter play Tiki taka. Or if Barca sat back against you and relied on counter attacks. Same way Man Utd has always been at their best at counter attacks. It'd be a really tough job to get them to play in the exact opposite way.

Man City never played Tiki Taka before Pep but they did play good attacking football. Something Pep was able to work with faster.
