Corpers cannot be appointed or elected. The use of Corp members to do elections runs is an agreement between NYSC and INEC, that is why you see NYSC and INEC sign MOU before the exercise. INEC can never employ or appoint you as an individual Corp member. The deal is between them and NYSC. That is why if you as a corper indulge in any malpractice during the election, INEC will not hold the Corp member responsible but will hold NYSC because the MOU is between them and NYSC and not a Corp member as an individual, then NYSC will hold the Corper responsible because you are her property.
Even police shouldn't arrest a Corper without asking NYSC to produce the Corper.

The NYSC law prohibiting her to serve as a minister apart. The question is, if she hasn't had much experience in administration because she is still so young and in fact still a serving corp member what then do we expect her to offer?
This only means that she is considered for a slot and not proficiency and it's safe to assume that there are other slot holders like her. Dear Nigerians, lower your expectations from this government and your BP will stay in a good range.

You're not to pick any appointment or employment during the service year. I also missed an opportunity during my NYSC year and I haven't recover till date. They told me this aforementioned reasons.

I just hope Ebola supporters are not complaining.

And did court say anything about when someone enrolled for service and is already servicing when appointed a minister? Also for your information,main crux of Adeosun's issue was that she forged an NYSC certificate to serve as a minister. She in a sane climate ought to actually be serving a jail time for forgery now, and no court can absolve her of that criminal offence.

Why Nigeria is lawless is because those that swear to uphold the constitution of Nigerian are the brakes of the same constitution. How would the president appoints a serving copper as minister? Even if they are looking for a Clark, in government establishment, if the position is for B.Sch./ HND, you will see them include NYSC discharged certificate as preconditions for employment. How come a ministerial position was occupied without NYSC certificate. What were the duties of security agents that clear them and found them worthy of the positions? Does the principle of bow and go, include unqualified appointees. Our so called leaders have become law to themselves, and they are quick to blame other country for unconstitutional change of government, while there own actions and activities are full of unconditionalism.
