RENO and FFK exhibited a character trait synonymous with a certain people. If RENO had brains at all, he ought to have seen that APC as a party was on its last legs, as the only person of clout, that held the party together was Buhari. Tinubu NO REACH sef. If Atiku was the APC presidential Candidate Nobody would have contested.sef . Anyway, as things stand it's obvious the Agbado G.O knows the gig is up. He now sees how formidable AA is, that is why they are so jittery, but pride won't make him give up, till he is booted out like a RAT that he is. gaby: 4 Likes |

With the information at my disposal. Reno omokri was fired by AA last year during AA abysmal outing in the US.... The coward tried to blame Osita Chidoka for the failure leading both to almost have a fist cuff. Long story short. Reno was fired and his stipends stopped. That's why the idiot has ported to team Agbado! Good news for AA. Since the likes of Reno was shown out, his legal team have started doing something commendable and it appears, there exist some hope for his aso Rock quest if Nigeria judiciary in their usual abracadabra disqualified Asiwaju and asked the second placed candidate to be sworn in! Get the gist now? AfonjaEmir: 1 Like |

There's this calm and common sense that goes out when someone with legal Mandate leads a peace talk. The results overwhelms. Asiwaju talking of peace or democracy in Niger republic is like a pen robber asking a gun robber to return his loots. It spikes up resistance! AfonjaEmir: 2 Likes |

AA can never accept him back. He was fired and his stipends stopped. His crime was AA abysmal outing in the US just before the elections. As usual he blamed Chidoka Osita (an Igbo man) despite the fact that he (Reno) was to plan AA outing in the US as he claims to live in the US! The jobless, homeless nigga bleeped up big time and the outing was a failure! That's why AA sacked the idiot! Little wonder the idiot warmed himself to team Agbado, well Asiwaju is on his way out, so the idiot go suffer tailll gaby: |

Sending a deranged, old, sick, hungry yoruban in the person of Babalawo Lamidi Apapa to cause confusion is one of the traits of drug Barons.... Since the old idiot was taught a lesson in the court premises, his corn brain has been reset... We don't need to send mules to APC because the Nigerian people who have bore the brunt of misrule is solidly behind LP! homosapien: 2 Likes |

Bigkoko: That deranged, old, sick hungry old man was the party chairman and still the party chairman. Obi and his Sadistic idiot's tried hijacking the party they failed which I think is one the reason for your tears. The drug baron is your president now and will be for the next 8 years of your Miserable life. And by Nigeria people you must mean all ipob, and unknown gun men that makes your parents hide under their beds every Monday morning. |

Bigkoko: Good news for you. There is nothing like abracadabra justice. It has to do with your perception of our institutions generally. You need deliverance like so many of your type who believe that a court can only be good if a judgement favours their candidate. If the SANS who represent both sides in a matter before a court accept the outcome of a case, why should we continue to lament unnecessarily? Convince me please how the judgement in a US court that is not available before the tribunal for consideration can affect election matters in a Nigerian Court. |

Asiwaju has been idaboskilized by Prof Yaks (25%) and AA (CSU) both Hausa-fulani, but somehow miscreants will look for Igbos to blame. Gone are the days when Ikorodu road media houses rule the airways! As they manufactured that old sick smelling gran pa Babalawo Lamidi Apapa to cause confusion in Labor Party, they have shift their focus to NNPP since RMK declined their stupid ministerial offer.... What the drug mule dont know is RMK is ingrain in Kano! If Asiwaju escape disqualification and stand in a fresh election, i bet he will not see even 30 votes in Kano! |

Sunday, October 1, 2023 Senior U.S. judge denies Bola Tinubu’s emergency appeal, orders CSU to turn over records to Atiku, testify under oath Monday afternoon The ruling marks a major blow to Mr Tinubu and a progress for Mr Abubakar, who has been seeking the records to establish that the Nigerian president tnedered forged certificate. President Bola Tinubu has lost his emergency application to block Chicago State University from releasing his academic records to Atiku Abubakar. Judge Nancy Maldonado of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in Chicago said the decision of a lower federal magistrate judge on September 19 was appropriate and adopted it in full. “The Court overrules President Tinubu’s objections to Magistrate Judge Gilbert’s recommended ruling, and therefore adopts the ruling in full. Mr Abubakar’s application is therefore granted,” the judge ruled. ‘In light of the pending Supreme Court of Nigeria deadline, represented to the court as October 5, 2023, and based on CSU’s representations that it is ready to comply with the discovery requests and produce a witness, the court sets an expedited schedule for completion of discovery.” Ms Maldonado, a district judge, also said the CSU should turn over the records to Mr Abubakar by 12:00 p.m. Monday and also make its officials available for deposition to authenticate the documents by 5:00 p.m. on the same day. The judge said any attempt by Mr Tinubu to appeal the judgement in the district would no longer be tolerated as Mr Abubakar must transfer the collected evidence to the Nigerian Supreme Court for use in an ongoing election petition case by October 5. “CSU is directed to produce all relevant and non-privileged documents in response to Requests for Production Nos. 1 through 4 (as narrowed by Judge Gilbert and adopted here) in Mr. Abubakar’s subpoena, by 12:00 p.m. (noon) CDT, on Monday, October 2, 2023,” she added. “The Rule 30(b)(6) deposition of CSU’s corporate designee must be completed by 5:00 p.m. CDT on Tuesday, October 3, 2023. Given the October 5, 2023, filing deadline before the Supreme Court of Nigeria, the Court will not extend or modify these deadlines.” The judge, however, said Mr Tinubu is free to file his appeal directly before the Seventh Circuit, which is the main appellate court overseeing Illinois and nearby states, an attempt that would likely prove daunting given the tight window for compliance by CSU. The ruling marks a major blow to Mr Tinubu and a huge victory for Mr Abubakar, who has been seeking the records to establish that Mr Tinubu presented a forged certificate to the Independent National Electoral Commission when he submitted his application to run for president in June 2022. Section 137 (1)(j) of the Nigerian Constitution (amended in 2010) specifically stated that no one would be legitimately elected president of Nigeria if the person “has presented a forged certificate to the Independent National Electoral Commission.” Prior to the ruling late Saturday night, Judge Maldonado had acknowledged the significant public interest dimension of the case, saying it would cause her to expedite justice for all parties. The president did not deny the charges that the certificate was forged, especially as it was purportedly signed by administrators who were not even at the school when he graduated in 1979, but only insisted, alongside the school, that he attended and graduated. He also said releasing the documents with deposition would cause him severe harm because they were private to him and would not be admissible in the ongoing petition against him in Nigeria, an argument that further fueled nationwide concern about what the president might have been hiding about himself from Nigerians. The CSU said it would state under oath that Mr Tinubu attended, but it won’t be able to certify the authenticity of the certificate he paraded in Nigeria under oath. Mr Abubakar’s lawyers would now be able to test the school’s claims, alongside Mr Tinubu’s, during tomorrow’s records release and cross-examination. https://gazettengr.com/senior-u-s-judge-denies-bola-tinubus-emergency-appeal-orders-csu-to-turn-over-records-to-atiku-testify-under-oath-monday-afternoon/ |
