Our price varies base on region and state. SOUTH SOUTH= #9,500 Per sqm,

SUUTH EAST(Ebonyi state excluded)= #10,000

SOUTH WEST= #10,000

NORTH = #10,000 Pay sqm

Pls the reason for the price difference in location is as a result of price in materials in these regions

IMPORTED MATERIALS + LABOUR= #5,000 per sqm

LABOUR ONLY= #1,700 per sqm

This means if we provide all the materials(both local and foreign imported materials) we charge #10,000.00.

If you provide all the materials(both local and imported materials ) we charge= #1,7000.00 per square meter.

If you provide the local materials while we provide the imported materials and labour,,= #5,500.00.

i always try my best to be transparent. Before is an estimate cost for 200sqm. My tickness is 10cm which is standard for residential building. My misture is 2barrow of sand and 2barrow of stone for a bag of cement(which is still little below standard ratio).

You can call in the market to compare the price of the materials I quoted. I use flex- Cement products

oga 99% of all the pictures I posted on these thread are my jobs. I did not download it online the way you guys do. This means there are Nigerian who cherish a quality job. I have traveled and worked in 28 states in Nigeria. Pls tell your state and i will given address of my old site so that you will go and take a physical look of my old job and the present condition, not all these nonsense posted pictures you guys post online.

I base abuja pls can you be proud to show me a place you have personally worked in abuja so that I will go and take the pictures and bring it for people to see. Just tell your location I will give address to go and confirm.

look at the nonsense you do and people are paying for these. Color riot. You mixed pigment into Acrylic sealerand to rub on the floor and called it stamped concrete floor

Can you check the year I posted this job on Facebook. Just look at below the picture you will see the date( December 2013) we did this job around 2010(13year ago) by then you were still playing as a kid. This job is in katampe Hill by jubilation Avenue, mpape abuja.
After 13 year I still proudly visit the compound at will. Can you post a job you did 3years ago and address so that nairalanders can go and verify the present condition

Mr Paul is one of my boss and believes me anything I know about stamped concrete he made me too and I was even thinking he was going to say 2.8 for the 200sqm cause the one I did in Warri last year is till in fact 220sqm and I took nothing less than 2.7m for my clients
