My people, so far not all local govt under ube received the new payment, I think its batch by batch.
Plus disparity has been noticed, some received 116, others 119, others as low as 96k , I think these errors will be corrected in the coming weeks

That person you called in the ministry of finance doesn't have any information for you and so the information he/she gave you is fake . Meanwhile the amount of 119000 is not the actual amount and may be balance next month.They may have cut some amount for processing the whole thing hence the amount.The actual amount will be balanced next month.

Good news for UBE, new hope for PPSB.
It is disheartened that PPSB still received their old salary. But that of UBE gives us hope, at least by next month it will be the turn of PPSB for new salary.

Good to hear that something has been added to our salary after 10 years.

Pls those of us in the senior secondary should do something so that ours will come next month.

Remember, RSG don't pay arrears, I know how much arrears am being owed. I know there must be others here too.

AS WE ALL KNOW, A MEETING WAS SCHEDULED TO HOLD TODAY AT UST, BUT THE NUT CHAIRMAN AND HIS PEOPLE CALLED THE COMMISSIONER OF EDUCATION AND THE GOVERNOR THAT WE ARE PROTESTING AGAINST THE STATE GOVERNMENT.

WE IN THE CENTRAL PLANNING COMMITTEE WENT OUT EARLY IN THE MORNING TO CARRY OUT LOGISTICS, BUT WAS ADVISED TO PUT OFF THE MEETING FOR SECURITY REASONS, WHICH THIS HOUSE OBEYED, BUT STILL MONITORING THE HAPPENINGS..
THIS FALES ACCUSATIONS OF FIGHTING THE GOVERNMENT MADE THE GOVERNOR TO INVITE THE NUT CHAIRMAN AND HIS EXCOS TO THE GOVERNMENT HOUSE FOR A MEETING.

ON HEARING THIS, WE SENT ALL OUR PROTEST LETTERS AND PETITION TO THE GOVERNOR, COMMISSIONER OF EDUCATION,SSG, CHIEF OF STAFF AND SA TO GOVERNOR ON INTER GOVERNMENTAL AFFAIRS.
WHILE STILL AT DIOBU MONITORING EVENTS, THE DSS TRACKED ADONYE NUMBER AND TOOK HIM AWAY. THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME, SO WE SECRETLY SENT TEXT TO MADAM FLORENCE OGWUTUM WHO DROVE TO MEET US AT GOVERNMENT HOUSE GATE, SHOUTING WE ARE TEACHERS, THEN WE FINALLY GOT FAVOUR FROM THE GOVERNOR AND LEFT THE DSS SECURITY POST AND ENTERED THE GOVERNMENT HOUSE.

ON REACHING THERE, THE NUT CHAIRMAN WAS CALLED TO I IDENTIFY US BUT HE DENIED US THAT WE ARE NOT HIS TEACHERS, WE TOLD HIM THAT YOU DONT KNOW US BUT YOU ARE DEDUCTING OUR MONEY. BEFORE THE DSS TOOK US IN TO THE GOVERNOR'S CONFERENCE HALL

*MEETING WITH THE GOVERNOR*

THE GOVERNOR CAME TO THE MEETING WITH THE DEPUTY GOVERNOR, CHIEF OF STAFF, .HEAD OF SERVICE,COMMISSIONER FOR EDUCATION, AND PDP STATE CHAIRMAN.

WE STATED OUR POINTS BASED ON OUR DEMANDS AS IS IN OUR STRUGGLE AND THE NUT CHAIRMAN STATED HIS DEFENSE.

*RESOLUTION/ GOVERNOR'S DIRECTIVE*

1. THE GOVERNOR INSTRUCTED THAT ALL DEDUCTIONS ON THE BUILDING BE STOPPED IMMEDIATELY.

2. THE GOVERNOR, INSTRUCTED THE HEAD OF CIVIL SERVICE DR. GEORGE NWEKE AND THE COMMISSIONER FOR EDUCATION TO CALL THE TWO BODIES, (NUT AND US) TO RESOLVE ALL ISSUES.

3. THE GOVERNOR INSTRUCTED THAT THE COST OF THE REMAINING BUILDING BE SENT TO HIM , THAT HE WILL COMPLETE THE BUILDING.

4. THE GOVERNOR INFORMED US THAT THE PROMOTION OF UBE HAS BEEN APPROVED AND WILL BE IMPLEMENTED. BUT THAT OF SENIOR SECONDARY SCHOOLS IS ON HOLD DUE TO NO CONSTITUTED BOARD, BUT THAT HE WILL CONSTITUTE THE BOARD NEXT WEEK SO AS TO CONCLUDE THEIR PROMOTION.

THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED TODAY.

That is why a whole lot of you have heartaches because you have refused to see things realistically. Am sure some of you must have gone to ask for the prices of cars in anticipation of the new salary. I will come back here and get a very good laugh 😅 as you guys will be so disappointed. It is common sense to understand that without my letter of promotion, no new salary. Keep deceiving yourself.

New Salary have come without promotion letter. Anything is possible. Protocol has been broken. God has given us the victory. Congratulations to all teachers of distinction.

If you remove deduction you're 115k will reduce ooo! 10i8k or so.
