I've been hearing about Truck Driving jobs in abroad, that Canada, US, Australia, Germany needs Truck drivers and delivery bus driers.
How can one secure this truck driving jobs, and even driving jobs generally, though truck driving is not an easy job. It is not what soft guys or clean guys as some guys feel they are, will like to do.

They know the standards in Nigeria are poor and wont hire directly from here. You have to find your way to those countries first via student visa, marriage or permanent residency. Then go to driving school .

When UK needed truck drivers 2 years ago only South Africans qualified for Africans .

Canad, from.what I read has this visitor visa stuff that you can turn to temporary work permit if you secure a job. You can come to Canada with visitors visa and get a job with it, then apply for work permit. You don't need to leave Canada to do work permit stuff.

true. But we are talking about truck driving. Before you can get a truck driver job you need a drivers license and graduation from a trucking school. Not possible with visitors visa.

Wow, it's like the truck driving is a serious job abroad unlike the way we have them here in Nigeria.

Can someone secure a job with the visitors visa within 1 or 2 months in Canada? That is other jobs apart from truck driving.

only if you have a scarce skill or is lucky. The employer must prove that they could not find citizens, students or permanent residents to hire. There are people on visitor visa here that have not been able to get jobs after 6 months. Some are going back home. Some few have gotten. Some runs am (20k dols- thats 14m ) 😆

The circumstances if u were single and this is what is stoping most of us from using that means to acquire what we want.

How can one obtain an International driver's license here in Nigeria before travel especially if you have the normal driver's license.

If you are married to an EU Citizen, you immediately get residency permit that enables you to work and study in your spouse's country, so you're not suffering, even international students work and live well in the EU let alone spouses of an EU Citizen.
