You are right bro,but then,where there's a will there's a way. Obiano took the airport to his village out of self-centeredness, without considering the safety of its users. One can easily be kidnapped on that route. Asaba airport keeps bubbling because ndi Anambra patronize it more. Obiano's was a massive project in a poor location.

Asaba is more convenient to anybody going to any part of anambra south and central senitoral district,except awka and it's environ,and it's also close to onitsha and it environ which constitutes majority of anambra air passages.

Forget that thing, some Anambra people are just being stupid, I must be honest! How can you use a very far away airport when you have a convenient better airport at the back of your house.
Some of this Anambra people are just being stupid, that is why you see them running to Asaba to build house even when they are not comfortable over there. You see them every morning and evening struggling to cross the niger bridge creating more traffic jam for the traders who travel from far away from different states to Onitsha to purchase goods.

Delta state government doesn't take it likely with them because they do build indiscriminately. Imagine building on a reserved area, Delta state government will come and brush it down immediately.
I remember when Delta state government demolition most of their building around the Asaba Airport area, non of them complain. But if it's Anambra state government, they will start shouting 'government egbugo anyi oo'!!!.
That's why they ended up using buildings to compress all the roads in Anambra.

Asaba airport is actually closer to Ojoto than Anambra airport. From Asaba to Ojoto is less than 20 mins via the 2nd Niger Bridge.

Shut up Anambra airport is far closer with convenient access roads.
If not, why do most dignitary that graced the burial entered via Anambra airport?
