Most elites here travel to Lagos weekends and holidays to refresh and unwind. Lagos far outclass Abuja. I own multiple properties in Abuja and Lagos but Lagos fetches better income than Abuja’s. Most of my buildings here are empty except i decide to sell. Even sales takes time but valuable in the long run. A common who is a tenant in Abuja will find it very difficult to survive while Lagos accommodates everyone class of people. It’s either you are a politician or a high ranking corrupt civil servant in Abuja to make a headway. Only few businessmen and women from outside Abuja thrives along with the corrupt lots.

it is nearly impossible for Abuja to experience the kind of lagos growth because it does have those futures to bring about that growth. 1 no proximity to other country no ocean etc. States with possibility of such growth are calabar, delta , Rivers State akwa ibom.

sometime we should listen to ourselves before talking. The whole Importation issue is cause by the government. They had never created any opportunity for industry to strive instead they do what makes them to leave.
Importantly they (government) are the one doing the highest Importation in Nigeria by Importing fuel on daily basis instead of fixing our refinery.
