For any prophecy or prayer, human participation will always be needed for its fulfilment. There is the part of prophecy, then another part of human participation.

How is it wrong for the Pastor to prophecy?

Most of you all who hail people like Fela to be a prophet, etc do not really understand that it is harder to predict good things than it is for evil.

Anyone can predict Naira will fall further next year but to boldly declare it will bounce back stronger is a high level of faith.
