Niger Delta oil money doing wonders.

Which niger Delta oil money? Lagos IGR is enough to do whatever.

During obasanjo tenure, lagos didn't collect any money from the FG. Didn't we survive? Does it hinder any development?

Awon oyel people.....for your information, there is crude oil too in lagos. But haven't started drilling it.

Its a good development. But laughable by the promoters of this train transits.the new Lagos badagry express way always looks like a serious waste of resources considering the road users plying the road. 95% of which are commercial buses. (Danfo and korope). Plying unguarded one way and sorts.

Now a train has been introduced to same route and road, 250k passengers per day they said. Lol. It's really about people confusing people. Govt jobers won't tell the government the truth.

The train fare still way high above korope and danfo fares. Atleast mc oluomo people really confused the govt to hike their price more than commercial buses, this way their customers are not tampered with.

Never a prophet or bad belle but this project doesn't look like it would last an inch. Like someone said earlier, few patronization at this moment would be for just the pictures and fenzy of entering new train. Just Nigerian culture.

The route of this train doesn't look like and have the capacity to even carry 500 passengers a day.

You are talking illiterate rubbish.

Shut up.

Hope they had a stipulation in the Contract that Nigerians are trained as the work was designed and built. That way we won't have to keep calling on the Chinese in 10 years' time.

That is how China developed. They learned from the Americans and Europeans by learning, copying, and eventually standing on their own. Hope eye for greed and corruption did not block our so-called leaders from sense again. Or am I just being too optimistic?

The leaders in those Niger Delta states stole it all. The level of selfishness, greed, and rubbish government in the Niger Delta States is another level of corruption. Nothing to show for their own allocation.

Where is the 13% derivatives given to your governors every year? Are you not ashamed? Can’t you hold your governor to account?

All thanks to our oil.
However it's appalling that the people of Niger Delta that have the oil and receive bigger allocations don't do hefty projects to justify it.

What do you know rather than insults. Possibly typing from a hurt in ogbomosho. A driver who plies and knows a road well enough is making a concerned comment. There you are insulting. It's really a faceless forum both for idioots and humans

Lagos state igr is not funded by

Substandard Electronic market
Fake Spare part market
Okrikia market
Drug peddling
Computer village phone accessories
Baby factory business
Prostitution

Cos the last time I checked these re the only industries Igbo's dominated in Lagos state

How many of them are even paying the tax? They are just EXPLOITERS AND PARASITE...instead of them to hold their yeye southeast leaders accountable, it's other people's region that's progressing well that it's entering their eye - BUNCH OF OPPORTUNIST. by the time tax reform is fully in place and it's net widened, y'all will know what's up.
