Na when Case reach supreme Court it ll have been properly done with except either loser party accept judgment of tribunal... There's still appeal and supreme Court... If court rules against APC which is very unlikely then a stay if execution ll be filed and case get to appeal then supreme Court...

He already took this route by conceding Lagos n Abuja during the elections . Tinubu might likely concede defeat at the PEPT then Claim Supreme Court judgement which is the last recourse.
