OP, I first met the owner uncle 'nuga in 2007 at magodo. The project he completed was the best in the whole of magodo back then. He's such a creative man. I've been wondering where he's been cos I hardly hear his name among the developers in Nigeria today. He needs no introduction, among those who love quality and high taste. Great one!

The price shocked me too.
In that sort of bushy area with no amenities yet,land will be around ₦2m at most.
Assume another ₦1million to be generous,for development levy for amenities.
So they want to build a 3 BR with ₦42million!
There is indeed real money in Real estate because they will build that thing for ₦10m-₦12m and pocket about ₦30million for each 3BR.That's almost criminal.
So if it comes with furnishing they will be quoting ₦80m!

Una just dey rip people off the way una like,na this one una call affordable housing...how much is land in Noforija and a building together cost not even up to 10-15m to build a 5 bedroom flat with land inclusive! and you guys are charging almost times 5 the amount, thieves.

These places are extremely outskirt of Epe, very close to Ogun state,get your facts rights and almost 1hour 30 mins to the planned airport.Land there still goes for between 600k-2m.

The price they are quoting is criminal!
Even when Banana was still underdeveloped before it became a billionaire paradise,exorbitant costs like these were not quoted for houses then.
