Amaechi vs Wike`s Portfolio which one is more Lucrative and Powerful.

Former Governor Amaechi used Rivers State money for Buhari`s election for appointment as Minister of Transport in former President Buhari`s Administration 2015 - 2023 and in this present Tinubu Administration Former Governor Wike used Rivers State Votes to get Minister of FCT ABUJA.

Some people were arguing between Amaechi and Wike whose portfolio is more Lucrative and Powerful.

Please house I need your input in this argument, in my opinion I told them that Minister of FCT is more lucrative and Powerful than Minister of Transport because FCT Minister is working directly with the president in Abuja and also he is like a Governor and he has yearly budget like Governors every year.

Until we are able to change our mentality towards governance, government and appointments, we should not expect a better society. Nobody is concerned about the delivery of the dividends of democracy but everyone is just concerned about the personal benefits instead of the general wellbeing of the masses and the society at large.

Lucrative? Lucrative in what sense? Then you turn-around and complain government officials are corrupt!
Ministries are not supposed to be lucrative except one charged with collecting taxes which by the way is for the government and nobody else.

If Abuja introduce property tax of 15% rental value of a house they can make 500 billion yearly...

Property tax is big revenue contribution in most country

Figures don't lie Abuja has Internally Generated Revenue of 200 billion anually, 600 billion budget from federal allocation

Ministry of transport makes nothing as Ministry of Finance handles Customs and clearance, INTELS remittance , their budget is even less than 100 billion

Abeg Nyesom Wike's position holds more power

One BUILD while d other Destroys.

Ameachi revived the railway sector in Nigeria to d extent that people prefer rail to land. Tickets became scarce due to large numbers of commuters. A very intelligent fearless ,calm but rule with iron fist.

Wike--- a loose barrister that behave like a toddler boast around about destroying peoples houses as if he's d first FCT minister to be. Government can't give people accommodation in Abuja. No housing Scheme for workers . The little become expensive and unaffordable . Wike--- will end up like Bola Ige

Amaechi's transportation is more powerful but considering what they invested in the party, Wike benefited more.

Amaechi invested Rivers money in APC but Wike only rigged election for them, although he did it foolishly that everyone knows that they actually lost the state.

But how did Wike resort to rigging in Rivers even after employing over 200,000 SA's. That means he is not that popular.
