In a civilized country the cabals can't be strong er than the will of the people because there Judicial system will not give in, but in Nigeria the cabals controls everyone. The Judiciary has been trampled used by the cabals.the Judiciary are shadow of itself.

Is it safe to say that INEC is not mandated to conduct any elections in Nigeria since all their other responsibilities have now been thrown out by the so-called Judges?

What a caricature called courts. A nation of crooks and fraudsters condemned to never do well.

Spits!

All the wailing and lamentations here are not unexpected! Given the fact that their Area Fada even said they would not accept a rerun and nothing but Obi being declared the winner will do them. Prove how you take win, dem no fit, person wey no even win two-third of votes in the required number of states say make dem declare am winner, just because he won in Abuja. You dont even need to be a Tribunal Judge to arrive at these conclusions. I am thinking these cases should be dismissed with very hefty fines to discourage others from wasting everyone's time in the future. You should only bring cases to the Tribunal if you have something tangible to present.

Yes the elections might not be perfect, but that is the same with all previous elections in Nigeria and yet those minor hiccups should not be used as an excuse to want to derail a democratic process. I guess MR Obi himself is aware of the possible outcome and has stylishly excused himself , from the court venue today. It is not too late for him to start preparing for2027 but truth be told , his Obidient followers don mash the ground bad bad for am. They have in their arrogance destroyed the goodwill from those who might have be sympathetic to their cause with their feral attack on anyone telling them what is different to what they want to hear.

Anyway, anyone that want to curse himself and his family can do so by praying for hardship for Nigeria so they can prove a point. To sensible people, it is not about the last 100 days of TInubu, but it as about the remaining 1361 days of which those who truly love Nigeria and not those who think they can hijack it by force , sincerely believe that good things will happen. Nigeria has been tough no be today he start and it is not going to disappear in 100 days.

1. Your PayPal account was opened with a Nigeria IP address and you are trying to link a dollar card to a Nigerian PayPal.
2. If the answer above is not the case, then you have insufficient fund in your card to complete the linking of the card. PayPal will charge the card almost $2 and send you a code in the transaction for you to enter the same code to your PayPal account.
I think the number one is the case sir

Please how do I reconcile that sir

Only a mad man will leave constitution and base his defense on mere promise. Inec made a promise which does not supersede d constitution.
Do u know that if inec had used the electronic transmission from d polling unit that opposition can use them for not following what the electoral law or constitution stipulated and inec would have been complicit of that offence?

We are back to the Era of rigging and killing. Just steal votes and get into power. That's what this useless judges are doing. No one is asking about the money inec spent for incompetence electronic data because they won. How do you deceive millions of people because of one man and then the constitution talk.

IREV and BVAS is not proper electronic voting. IREV is just a result viewing portal. Go to school bro.
It's like a school saying they will send results online or via email in addition to the usual posting on board. You see your F on notice board and didn't get email, you started screaming eyes on jubisiari and making foolish threats.
What's wrong with this clown?

Go to school, Go to school, Go to school..

So one has to go to school to under the workings of BVAS and IREV?

What sort of idiotic logic is this one? If we check well now, this fucker just got one OND in one polytechnic in Akure, and he's telling people "go to school, go to school" grin

Simple process of using BVAS to capture voters and upload on IREV for real time viewing,, as simple as it it, a Nigerian INEC couldn't pull that off and you're hear vomiting thrash....

Eleven forget real time sef, till today some results are still not on IREV, and you're so shameless defending these embarrassing technicalities in the 21st century.

You are actually the one being emotional and sentimental bro

You mentioned guidelines being the subset of the law but the same law gives INEC the power to make rules, regulations and guidelines on how to conduct it's elections.

Interestingly you just said what I said and what has been replete on this platform. INEC has powers to make and unmake guidelines as long as it doesn't contradict it's laws! So one more time keep your emotions in check!
