Honestly, it's very disheartening

Case struck out base on intentions not on the law

The bastard jurists proved Nigerians right that they read an already written verdict concocted by fashola.

The judge couldn't even read what he supposedly wrote.

Whether intentional or not, the 2022 electoral act clearly states that it's a pre-election matter, can only be heard by a high court within a stipulated timeframe which has since passed. Also, only a member of same political party has the locus standi to challenge it. That is the law

Anything else is just emotional blackmail by the usual headless mob

I have a problem with it being a pre election matter

But the inconsistencies of judgements

This Tinubu/Shettima eligibility case was instituted by Nwajiuba an APC member after the primaries, it was struck out for lack of merit, PDP instituted the case as a pre election matter, they were rebuked for being a busy body and poke nosing into the matter of another party. APM now instituted the case at the PEPT, the court said it is a pre election matter that should be taken to the federal high court

So what does the judiciary want
