Kangaroo judgement of a depraved judiciary.
How has abuja become a state?
It is normal for bvas to work in national Assembly election and fail in presidential election and so many miscarriages of justice.
I AM ASHAMED OF OLOSHO JUDICIARY

Same judiciary was not Olosho, depraved and Kangaroo when Peter Obi won court cases several times

Nigerian judiciary is chemelonic in nature sometimes predictable, sometimes unpredictable, sometimes serves justice and sometimes it doesn't.

I dare him or his ipob terrorists aka children of hate and perdition, aka obidients, aka 5%ers, aka nzogbu nzogbu wannabes to cause any trouble in Nigeria's reasonable five zones.

They have already overrun the sixth zone in the country which is equally where majority of them were born.

We will not allow that to happen.

Ipob terrorists, bring it on, in Nigeria's security forces, you are sure to meet your ancestors in seconds.

"Members of the public should therefore, discountenance the falsehood and dismiss the vile propaganda by this known serial blackmailer

I think Akwa Ibom State governor camp made a serious mistake by distancing itself from the public report that Governor Eno has called into questions the credibility of election tribunal judges. I think election tribunal judges and their judgement was a sham. And here is why?

The 1999 constitution of Nigeria states the criteria to determine winner of presidential election in Nigeria. So, lets go right to it:

"134
1. A candidate for an election to the office of President shall be deemed to
have been duly elected, where, there being only two candidates for the
electiona. he has the majority of votes cast at the election; and
b. he has not less than one-quarter of the votes cast at the election in
each of at least two-thirds of all the States in the Federation and
the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja"

As you can see above, the 1999 constitution of Nigeria required a candidate to get 25% of total votes in the Nigerian capital, Abuja to be declared elected. Bola Tinubu got 19%. Why did the 1999 constitution mention Abuja in section 134 and not other 36 states?
That is why election tribunal judgement was a product of a sham exercise.
