Abi cos I still dey wonder how Atiku and Tinubu received zero votes from Obi's polling unit. It's either their agents voted for LP or refused to vote at all

Hypocrisy stinks more than rotten eggs
It's very possible dat a PDAPC agent can vote for LP or any other party aside their own...

Abi?

In Farooq words, a Carpenter can also interpret the law.

Chai, so many people have stopped reasoning things logically
Honestly.
Very soon, they will say everyone make diagnosis so far you understand English We are getting there already sha,my patients will be arguing with me,saying this is what they read!

Also, lawyers will never tell you your case can be struck out base on technicalities which they know because they want to make money. They are like a bad doctor who take a patient that is not fit for surgery to the theatre knowing fully well that the patient will die without communicating well to the patient relatives for proper consent.

If a lawyer gives a sincere advice to some politicians, they think he either does not need a job/money, or he is incompetent/afraid or even that he is an agent of the opponent! That is how far removed from reality a politician can be!

Also, I notice that some barely educated people tend to downplay the importance of professionals like lawyers, engineers etc.and this sometimes lead to misinformation of the populace (in the case of law misinterpretation) and building collapse (in the case of engineering standard violation),etc.

What happened to the clone from Sudan called Jubrin El-Sudan. Remember IPOB told Nigerians that Buhari was dead.. Ever since Buhari came back from the dead, Jubrin El-Sudan just melted away like candle wax

DeLaRue:
Well written.

If you attend courts in Nigeria, you will be shocked by the extent of most lawyers' poor understanding of basic procedural rules, and shoddy case preparation.

Judges spend an inordinate time tutoring lawyers appearing before them on basic interpretation and application of rules and laws.

Many lawyers have been in practice for more than 20 years, and have appeared in courts hundreds of time, yet they don't know much. They mostly rely on bravado.

Take a look at the Labour party case at the tribunal which was strewn with several amateur errors despite the legal team parading SANs.

Truth is, most Nigerians, whether they are carpenters, brick layers, hair dressers, doctors, engineers etc simply do not pay attention to detail in their line of work.

Most mechanics can't repair a vehicle properly. Many carpenters can't construct a 4-legged table without one leg being slightly longer or shorter than the others. Every 2 weeks I go for a haircut to the same barber but return home looking different each time despite always requesting the same hair style.

In Nigeria, consistent quality is absent in almost all fields.

I am always of the opinion that the only 'agbero' profession in Nigeria is Law.

Virtually 82% of Nigerian lawyers are agbero or tout.
There is NO nobleness in that job as far as Nigeria is concern, sorry to say.

All are charge and bail lawyers, house rent agents, liars because of hunger infrastructure, etc. Except few of them that are older and defend people's right..

shocked shocked

Don't say emefiele stole naira oo

Likewise myself, never would I have any atom of respect for any so called SAN who cannot distinguish between facts and fiction, who cannot distinguish between pre-election matter and post-election. Any of them SAN who argued that FCT is superior to other states in Nigeria should have his SANship withdrawn. Any lawyer who joined the kind of charade of a case that was presented by the LP who cannot present a lucid case devoid of frivolities and empty arguments deserves no respect from anyone. Any lawyer who is presenting a case for electoral fraud and cannot provide single evidence for it deserves to be derobed

successmatters:
At this point, I am never going to call any man who studied law and is defending election robbery a learned gentleman again, I am more learned than all of them.

I won't be surprised to learn that under their suit, they are wearing NURTW vests and carrying broken bottles and knives in their pockets.

If you're pained, biko pick Jamb form, write Post Utme, study for 5 years and then go to Law School.

Hon.Rotimi Amaechi is currently in Law School as we speak. If being a Lawyer isn't important, he wouldn't have ventured into it in the first place. wink

why then are you guys calling Yoruba trabalist? If everybody in South East can vote for Obi while some Yoruba shared their votes amongst the presidential candidate.

Which tribe is now tribalistic from the election results and how it's being spread?

FYI, i don't support any politicians like you lots do here. I am only after good Nigeria for all and sundry. I just want it to be clear to you
Who called you tribalists? You were only called out for using thugs to prevent voters from voting for non-APC candidates.
