It seems many of you doesn't know the issue in contention. It is not whether he graduated or not. The contentious issue is the inconsistencies in his records. That is, sex, names, date of birth and date certificate issued and not may be he graduated or not graduated.

Atiku grouse for requesting for his record is not on the ground that he graduated or not graduated but verification of the inconsistencies in his certificates and records. I just see that many of you doesn't know the reason why Atiku is in court for this particular issue. Go and check, Atiku never even claimed Tinubu didn't graduate from CSU. Go and check and stop confusing yourself.

If that evidence is substantial and comes at the time he can no longer tender it at the tribunal, he can trigger a clause that mandates the court to accept such evidence. Simply put, the evidence was not available at the time the hearing was ongoing at the tribunal now is available and SUBSTANTIAL the supreme court have to admit it on its merit!
