WHO IS TO BLAME

According to Hon. Waive Francis , he said he submitted his credentials requirement to INEC but INEC failed to upload the credentials on their site.

My question now is that, before the honourable Judge's sacked the authentic winner did they asked INEC as a umpire witness if Hon. Francis Waive submitted his documents to them or not.

Hon. Francis Waive noticed it and wrote INEC for corrections but they still failed to correct the said mistakes.

A daily publication on newspaper would have saved this undeserved victory given to Hon. Solomon. Presently, Nigeria judiciary are wounded Lion 🦁🦁🦁🦁🦁 looking for a slight mistakes of a candidate to devour.

I pray Almighty God intervene on this issue at Court of Appeal because Ughelli/Udu Fed Constituency can not have an awful voice at the lower chamber anymore.

The second one was suppose to be Boki/Ikom but not delivered today. The case was struck out based on pre-trial notice technicalities. The PDP Candidate went to the Appeal Court and won, and asked the tribunal to give a definite ruling.

it won't stand because court of appeal has settled the matter of valid exco and obeying of high court judgment. The Tribunal ruled same in other cases only to turn around to do a hachet job.

So I am a bit nonplussed.

However, the Court of Appeal did not settle it, infact Plateau PDP EXCO appealed to the Supreme Court and it was dismissed.

My reasons that Bali and co should have their election upheld are:

1. It is not the tribunal's business to determine which structure is valid or invalid. Its job is to determine whether you are an independent Candidate or whether you are sponsored by that political party.

2. Issues of nomination or sponsorship are pre-election matters.
Only an aspirant can challenge same.

3. It is the National body of the Party that conducts these Primaries.
